Job Overview

We are looking for instructors to help deliver High ropes and other sessions to guests on Mid week- term time days, weekends and School holidays

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome guests and prepare them to take part in their chosen activity.
• Assist in successfully delivering the adventure, ensuring a great customer experience, caring for equipment.
• Ensure guests complete relevant paperwork and comply with company rules and policy.
• Instruct and brief guests on safety procedures prior to commencing activities.
• Monitor the safety of guests while they are with us.
• Comply with all relevant health & safety procedures.
• Assisting in the wider business including Nuclear Races & Wild Forest Obstacle Centre.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working within an Outdoor Centre
• Previous instructional experience
• Practical DIY & maintenance skills
• First Aid Qualified

Working hours

We have various hours available including Midweek only
